Refund & Return Policy
At The Helmet Hub, every helmet is brand new, factory-sealed, and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets manufacturer and safety standards. Because helmets are classified as protective safety equipment, they cannot be resold or accepted for return once opened or handled.
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be 100% unused, unworn, and in original, undamaged factory packaging, with all tags and protective film intact.
- Approval Required: Returns are not automatic. To request one, contact us at jordan.astronindustries@gmail.com within the 3-day window with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief explanation. Once reviewed, you will receive written approval or denial.
Returns Due to Seller Error
If the incorrect model, size, or color is shipped, The Helmet Hub will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item or issue a full refund once the returned item is received and verified in new condition.
Shipping or Carrier Damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit, the buyer must report it to the carrier immediately and keep all packaging for carrier inspection.
The Helmet Hub will assist with the claim process, but responsibility for damage during shipment lies with the carrier. Once a claim is approved by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Returns for Buyer’s Convenience
If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color, or no longer want the product:
- You may request a return within 3 business days of delivery.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The product must pass inspection confirming factory-sealed, unused condition.
- Upon approval, a refund for the product price only (excluding original shipping) will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 3% restocking fee to cover payment processing and inspection costs.
- Opened or worn helmets cannot be accepted under any circumstance for safety and hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a new order after the returned item has been received and approved.
All shipping charges for replacement items are the buyer’s responsibility.
Inspection & Refusal
The Helmet Hub reserves the right to refuse or adjust any return or refund if the item or packaging shows any signs of use, wear, or tampering.
Items failing inspection will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Restocking Fee Notice
Approved returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee. This fee helps offset payment processor and inspection costs and applies only to customer-initiated returns, not those caused by seller error.
