Arai Profile Silver Frost Motorcycle Helmet

The Arai Profile in Silver Frost is a plain finish with no graphic, laid down in Arai's matte frost rather than gloss, so the shell reads flat and even instead of reflective. Without highlights the shape does the work: the recessed TDF-2 front intake, the DDL-3 rear exhaust ducts, the side exhaust ports and the Hyper-Ridge band around the base of the shell. Brand new and never worn (vintage new old stock), this helmet comes exactly as received, fully preserved in its original packaging with all included accessories.

The Profile is Arai's Long Oval street helmet of its generation, with an interior shape developed specifically for longer, narrower head shapes. The shell is hand-sculpted and laser-scanned into production, using Arai's SCLC (Super Complex Laminate Construction) with the Hyper-Ridge reinforcement band and seven intake and exhaust vents recessed into the shell to reduce drag and turbulence. The FFS (Free Flow System) works with the pull-down spoiler and integrated neck roll to cut wind noise and pull hot air from the facial area, and the dual-position chin vent carries an integrated activated-carbon filter. It uses Arai's Super AdSis tool-free shield system and a fully removable, washable liner with removable cheek pads. DOT and Snell M2005 certified, made in Japan. Note: Snell M2005 has been superseded by newer Snell standards; this helmet carries the certification current at the time it was built.
